Avengers Assemble! Looking to outfit a little hero with something to protect them and show off their morals? Then you need our Captain America's shield in our children's size, inspired by the shield wielded by Captain America in both Marvel's comics and MCU. Our shield is 14" in diameter, incredibly lightweight coming in at just about 1 pound, and comes with two straps affixed to the back for easy carrying. Sure to make a great costume accessory, Halloween prop, or just room decoration for any hero loving little one.

DELUXE VS. STANDARD OPTION
When purchasing choose between our Standard finish which features the front of the shield fully painted and assembled, and the back of the shield features two affixed straps for easy carrying and display. Our Deluxe finish features the previous options, but in addition the back of the shield is painted silver to complete the look and the straps are upgraded to adjustable Backpack straps so that you can carry your shield on your back comfortably.

HOW WE MAKE IT:
We make all of our product from a soft ¼” thick pine or birch wood; whatever we can purchase at the best price. We then layer the levels which creates a more solid yet lightweight replica (*although we do not suggest ‘LARPing’ as this may cause the product to chip). The layered levels also provide us the opportunity to paint the different colors that is needed for each replica. We spend time prepping the wood for painting and priming the edges since this is the hardest part in getting the paint to adhere. We use glue and micro nails to bring all of the parts together. Some of our products can take time to prep, like our 17” chakrams. Our labor is dependent upon the layers of wood needed, the details on paint pieces or the hand painting required.

Very sturdy shield! My son absolutely loves it, and has a great time playing Captain America. We originally had gotten a cheap plastic one at Target, but it couldn’t hold up to the epic pretend battles a four year old has, and this is has been perfect! The strap length was super long for my little dude, but I just cut the ends a bit so they wouldn’t hang out the bottom and it works out well. Definitely recommend!
