A Custom project according to a Picture or Drawing or Your Custom Requests may take up to 10-14 weeks to create.
But during the Busy Wedding Season, I am getting more busy than regular and naturally, My Regular Production time may get 1-2 Weeks longer (12-14 weeks) than regular season.

I accept cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
Please note that there will be 5% Fee deducted from the total sum you originally paid. It is PayPal service fee which is non-refundable for us in anyway.

For any reason, If a Custom Order (None Rush) is requested to be cancelled within 7 Days after it's placed, then I can only refund 70% of the order amount.
But after 7 Days, Custom Orders may not be subject to cancel.
Because after I received an order, I arrange the necessary materials Fabrics as soon as possible and lot's of time and effort would be already involved. Hoping for your understanding about this.

Unfortunately, following items cannot return or refund:

• If your event is canceled or you changed your mind.
• If you give me wrong measurements.
• Items that have been worn and/or used or damaged.
• If you return before my confirm (a return MUST be confirmed/accepted from my side and only then it can be returned).
• Rush Service Fees or Shipping Fees or Reservation Payments are not refundable.
• Return Shipping is buyer responsible.
• Custom Orders are not refundable. Definition of Custom Order: All of my items are made to order which means I handmade all items in my store upon request. Therefor, everything is considered Custom Made.

30% restocking fee are charged on the returned item.

• Customs taxes or import duties (if any) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges.
• Please kindly note that I cannot responsible for delays due to customs. Also once it's shipped, I cannot responsible for delays/lost items.
• To save volume and shipping cost for you, I will use Soft and Safe Packing way for your shipping. If you want me to ship Your Dress in a Box, then please inform me in advance. But shipping cost would come 2-3 times more expensive when shipped with Box, as the volume is much Bigger.

Sales come and go randomly. If you see an ongoing sale, you can go ahead and place your order to Lock the Price. But your custom custom measurements may come in 1-2 days later.

All of my Professional Effort and Care is to make Your Dress fit You well and the most important part of providing this is taking the most accurate measurements. That's why, It's very IMPORTANT for me if you follow my measurement instructions.
However, when you receive your item you may need some alterations. This is a standard practice in the Bridal Industry and I suggest you to plan for alterations with help of a local tailor and Your Budget accordingly.

I ordered this dress with custom measurements, some extra lace at the shoulders and waist, and added cuffed bishop sleeves. Mary and her team made it exactly as asked, my tailor at home couldn't believe the price for the quality!! #52 underlay looks dark in person, but with the lace and tulle overlay it's the perfect nude tone for brides who don't want white-on-white. Was very worried about the accuracy of my measurements but Mary was great about clarifying numbers that didn't make sense proportionally. Only ended up needing a little hemming when it arrived. Despite delays for fabric sample availability, her shipping is faster than I've ever seen from other Etsy shops. 3 days to get from China to the East Coast! Dress arrived within the expected timeframe. The fabric sash is missing but I'm sure she'll send it out asap.

I’m in love with my wedding dress! I was quite hesitant to order a dress online for such an important occasion without trying it on first. But after reading several positive reviews and communicating a bit with Mary, I felt more confident. My dress arrived a few weeks earlier than I expected and it’s even more magical than I ever imagined it would be! I was nervous about messing up my measurements, so I had a seamstress friend take my measurements and then I triple- or quadruple-checked them at home on myself. It fits perfectly! No alterations needed except for a hem (since I’ve decided to wear flats) and a bustle for the train so I can dance during the reception. Mary was always very clear, patient, and helpful in her communication throughout the whole process and maintains a professional response time and friendly tone.

This is a really beautiful and well-made dress! The bodice is well constructed and the tulle is soft and floaty which was exactly what I was hoping for a garden wedding. The custom sizing is fairly accurate though I will likely have some small alterations done to ensure it fits properly. I ordered it in ivory and it arrived approx 9-10 weeks after all the details were cleared (shipping was extremely quick, it actually arrived by post before I received a tracking number!). Overall, fantastic communication and beautiful craftmanship from Mary and her team.

I’m so incredibly happy with the way my dress turned out! I ordered this in a standard size closest to my measurements and changed the underlay to more of a light champagne colour. Shipping was insanely fast via DHL Express, and I received my dress almost exactly 6 weeks after Mary confirmed all of my order details. The quality of the materials is excellent, especially taking the price into consideration. I’ll still need to get it hemmed and bustled, but aside from that it fits beautifully! For anyone hesitating to order, rest assured. Mary and her team are fantastic!
