Rush orders may be subject to a $30.00 fee.

Insurance is carried on all orders. Damages must be reported within 24 hours from the date the order is received. Please send me the following photos in order to file an insurance claim:
*Photos of the box in which your order was received. If the box appears damaged upon arrival, please take a photo of the box prior to opening
*Photos of all packing materials
*Photos of damage
Replacing or repairing of the item will not begin until the claim is complete. Freight claims can take 30-120 days for resolution. Should the insurance co feel the item is non repairable a refund or new item can be made. If the insurance company feels the item can be repaired - they may ask you to have it repaired by a local woodworker.

Delivery is curbside only. If you live down a road that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck or property, they may be unable to complete delivery and you may have to pick the item up at the local delivery terminal or make arrangements to meet the driver at a safe location. Any special delivery requests may be subject to additional charges. We cannot change an address once the order has been processed. The delivery service will call the phone number listed on your order to schedule delivery. If you are not home at the agreed delivery time, or if you ask the carrier to come back you may be charged a fee for re-delivery. Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing for shipment.

Greyhound Package Express requires notification of any damage within 7 days of retrieving your shipment.

Please contact the location in which your order was retrieved and file an Inspection Report. Some locations require the shipment to be brought in to the location for inspection.

Make sure to bring/keep the bus bill that was attached to the outside of your shipment containing your GLI Tracking Number.

Greyhound also requires you to file an online incident report.

Any concerns or issues regarding your order must be submitted within 48 hrs of the date the order was received. (Date received refers to delivery date provided by shipping carrier)

There are no refund or exchanges in the event you provide incorrect dimensions for your custom order. A new order must be placed for the item to be made at the correct dimensions.

Some items may require additional shipping as the shipping quote within the listing can vary based on the shipments final destination. When additional shipping is needed, I will send you a message with the correct shipping estimate and ask if you would like to continue with your order. Should you agree to the new shipping estimate a PayPal invoice will be sent to your e-mail address on file with Etsy for payment. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. If agreed, you have two weeks past the ship by date to remit the required shipping amount or the order will be cancelled and a refund less a $15.00 restocking fee will be applied. Once the order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. Custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Depending on the size of the item ordered, additional shipping may be required. Some listings have a “blanket”estimate as Etsy’s auto shipping calculator cannot provide an accurate estimate on large items. In the event additional shipping is needed, a message will be sent through Etsy with the additional amount before the order is begun. Orders requiring additional shipping will not begin being made until the additional payment is received. This may cause a delay in your order. You are not required to continue with the order should you wish to pay the additional shipping. The order will be cancelled and a refund will be provided.

I am not responsible for any personal injury/damages to property due to use of products.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

Shipping carriers will begin assessing a storage fee after 24-48 hrs. If you do not schedule delivery or pick up your shipment within this time frame, the carrier will assess a daily storage fee. The customer will be responsible for paying the daily storage fee. If delivery is not arranged/shipment not retrieved from the terminal within 48 hours, the item will be returned back to the shipping at the customer's expense. All fees incurred will be paid by the customer and any funds remaining will be refunded back to the account/card used at time of check out.

I am not responsible for any damages that may occur during the installation of table legs/hardware/mounting of your order.

If you are installing table legs/bench legs/island legs to your table top/bench top: After the legs have been secured into place, make sure to pick the table/bench up entirely when flipping it over. Do not place the weight of the item on two legs while attempting to flip the table over and set in place as this can damage the legs and/or hardware.

When moving furniture: Do not drag it across the floor/carpet. You must pick it up off the floor entirely to prevent potential damage to legs/hardware.

Please use a damp cloth to wipe off/clean your pieces. Wipe off water with a dry cloth.
