If you can't find it, please check if your email address is correct or check your junk mail.

If you are still having difficulty, no problem! Just send our shop a message and we will email a link to you. Keep in mind our shop is closed on weekends and all messages are responded to within 1-5 business days.

1. Check if the issue is your operating system. Templett runs the smoothest with an up to date computer and web browser. Templett will not work with Windows 2012 R2 or earlier, please keep that in mind.

2. Try switching from a PC to a MAC or from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome to see if that does the trick.

3. Templett is run through a web browser via the internet. So check your internet speed and connection.

Some of our templates includes graphic art to further personalize your templates.

To copy and paste, single click the icon template and select the icon you wish to move. Next, RIGHT CLICK > COPY the graphic. From the same browser, open your design template. RIGHT CLICK > PASTE the image into the template. Remember to save.

If this doesn't work, refer to question 2 under FAQ to see if these suggestions fix the issue.

You have the option of exporting the final product in either a PDF format or JPEG format. This means you can print the invitations just about anywhere! Check with your local print shop to see what file format they prefer.

Here are some of our suggestions - OfficeDepot, Staples, FedEx Kinkos, Vistaprint, or from the comfort of your own home!

We always recommend checking with your printer first about what file type will work best for them, but here are some suggestions on what we have found works best for the various printing methods.

ONLINE PRINTER (Vistaprint, CatPrint) - JPEG file with bleeds

LOCAL COPY SHOP (Staples, OfficeDepot, FedEx Kinkos) - Multiple image PDF file with crop marks + bleed.

AT-HOME PRINTING - Multiple image PDF file with crops marks + bleed.

PROFESSIONAL PRINTER (Your local professional printer not categorized above) - PDF with bleed and without crop marks
