IMPORTANT UPDATE! Due to coronavirus it can be delivery delays in any county. Please, understand, that it is out of my control. It can take over 5 weeks for worldwide (even tracked/signed service) delivery and over 2 week for UK delivery, or may get hold at delivery facility (if you local post office is closed). If you local post is closed at the moment parcel reach your destination and hold at your local facility, please, wait until end of quarantine (your parcel should be delivered after and may take 2-3 weeks ). I will not post any replacements or refunds due to quarantine delivery delays. By placing an order you agree to this terms and condition, otherwise please, place your order after end of quarantine.
I do post all parcels with Royal Mail , and do check updates every day, but there are may be changes and your local post may be closed after I have dispatched your order. UK standard postage times usually is 2-3 working days after dispatch day, but can take up to 2 weeks. I post parcel with 2nd signed for service, so it need to be signed on delivery. You also can choose 1st singed for service on checkout. Delivery time counted from dispatch day, not from order day.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: From 4 January 2021 all international ( Europe and Worldwide) orders will be posted with Tracked/Signed service. Normally it is 5-7 working days after dispatch day, but can take up to 25-30 working days (5-6 weeks) to arrive after dispatch day. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in both countries.
Please, note, delivery time is counted from dispatch day, not payment day.
I always post orders as soon as possible. But I can not control and not responsible for post work in UK/ other countries. No refund or replacement will be send until delivery deadline time (you can see estimated delivery time in your order details, it is about 5-6 weeks from dispatch day for orders outside United Kingdom)

All orders placed in December may take longer time to arrive due to festive season, post days off during Christmas and New Year time. So it can take over 2 weeks for UK and over 5 weeks for International delivery, please, make sure you understand this terms, when You place your order during this time.

Postage price is calculated automatically and it is final (you can see it, when you add items to your cart). For combined postage, please, put all items in same cart (If you want combine postage for two or more separate orders - please send me message on etsy before orders are dispatched. Overpaid postage will be calculated same way, as it would be single order + additional 0.50£ per transaction/order. Without request two or more open order will be posted as one, but with tracked/signed service. No postage refunds after orders are posted. Please, note, orders may be posted in morning, but marked as posted in evening (as I need time to go to post, send parcels and come back to mark all order as posted).

All signed parcels need to be signed on delivery, so if you missed delivery, you need to collect your parcel at post office.
If you parcel arrived damaged or opened ( looks like been opened), please, take photos as evidence before you open a parcel and keep all packaging (it may be requested for investigation by royal mail). I always send all molds from one order in same parcel, so if there are missing something, it may be lost on mail and I need photos as proof.

I use Drop&Go post service. This means, I do leave packed and labeled parcel at post office and postmen process/scan them through system later (can be next working day morning). And I get receipt with proof of posting next time I come.

All moulds are handmade, so they can be slightly different in size (all mold are made using handmade shapes, so shape may not be perfectly round/centered or have identical parts/texture on sides/around shape (for example: turtle flippers may be different in size and shape, shell texture may be more smooth or more pointy in some parts -as natural texture used, etc.) Size may not be exact, size may vary +/- 0.5mm even for same shape). If you need to make set of exact same size, please, use same mould. For double moulds I do choose items with sizes as close as possible, but not identical.
Please, note, as resin settles, for most shapes you will need to sand/polish edge/or part where mould opening is. For all cabochons moulds you will need to sand/polish or sand and dome back to get it completely smooth. Mould opening is not part of shape, so it may not be as smooth and shiny as shape itself. All moulds should be filled fully, do not fill mould to half (or less~) or 3/4 part of mould, as cured shape will have sharp edged and it will cut/damage mould opening during removing.

All moulds are reusable, but you will need to replace them from time to time, as resin will discolour any type of moulds after several uses (how many , depends from resin type you use ( some are more aggressive, than others). It really depends on how aggressive your resin is and how you use moulds, so I never specify how many uses it will last for you- make sure you understand this, as I do not replace or make refund for used moulds. Moulds will still have shiny surface (except matt molds) inside and will be suitable for more uses. As reaction from resin, discolored/milky white mould will be less flexible as well, please, keep this in mind and do not overstretch and do not turn inside out any moulds. Please, see video ''how to use moulds'' and how to remove cured resin shape from molds. Please, be careful with longer/sharp nails during removing shape from mold,as you can tear mould , especially opening. Any heat applied during resin curing process or torch/heat applied to remove bubbles from resin may shorten mould life, if you use torch/light for too long- it can damage mould surface, especially edges/opening part.
Important: I do test all molds to work with epoxy resin, that cures really hard. If you want to use molds with other types of resin, resin mix or other type of material (like resin plaster, jesmonite, concrete, polymer clay, metal clay, etc.), please, keep in mind how hard/fragile your material is compared to epoxy resin. More fragile types of material, compared to epoxy resin, may break during removal/demoulding from mold (especially thin and small shapes or shapes with lots of details/texture) - In this case I will not refund or replace a mold. . If resin is mixed correctly, it can not stick to mould ( moulds can be used only for resin and dry objects in it, do not add glue or other adhesives to resin mix, only use resin pigment in your resin mix ).
