Do you accept custom and personalized orders?

Custom and personalized order inquiries are always welcome. I'll do my best to accommodate your request.

What should I do if I'm dissatisfied with my purchase?

My customers are important to me. I want to assure you that if you're not happy with your purchase, I will work with you to make it right or I will refund you the purchase cost (not including shipping), once the item arrives back at my address. The item must be returned undamaged in its original packaging.

What if I don't receive my order?

Don't worry! In the unlikely event your order is lost and does not arrive within six weeks from the shipment date, I will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please note that the claim period for a missing order is eight weeks from the shipment date.

What kind of paper and ink do you use?

I use high quality professional fine art paper that is 100% cotton rag and heavy weight (approximately 300 gsm). The paper is acid free, archival, and has a beautiful natural white tone. The inks are professional Epson UltraChrome® HD eight-color pigment ink. Permanency tests conducted by Wilhem Imaging Research (http://www.wilhelm-research.com) indicated that this type of pigment ink is expected to last 200+ years (based on proper storage).

How do you package your prints?

I use a variety of packaging materials that work specifically for the size of prints purchased. All of the prints are protected with acid free cello bags. The smaller prints are packaged with thick backing board while the larger prints are carefully rolled and inserted into sturdy mailing tubes. I also include protective packaging when needed, which consists mainly of recycled packaging materials from my supply orders. I aim to recycle and reduce waste whenever I can.

Will I have to pay duties or tariffs on my order?

Orders shipped within Canada are domestic and are not subject to duties or tariffs. United States orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Artwork prints qualify for 0% duties and tariffs under CUSMA (USMCA). Any required customs processing is handled at checkout, and no additional duties or tariffs will be charged upon delivery. All other international orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, and local taxes determined by the destination country. These fees are not controlled by the seller and may be collected by the shipping carrier or local customs authority upon delivery unless a DDP shipping option is available and selected.

To ensure the highest quality, I print each individually on a professional Epson fine art printer using HD Ultrachrome pigment inks, well known for longevity of 200+ years under proper storage conditions. The print is signed and dated on the back.

SHIPPING:
Carefully packaged in a clear cello sleeve and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube for protection. Your print will not arrive flat.
