The additional $45.00 includes up to two lines of 30 characters each. Characters and spaces count as characters.

Please include in a note at checkout the medical information you would like engraved on your bracelet, including the placement: inside (flush to the skin) or outside (medical symbol side).

We will always attempt to contact you for clarification and further instructions, but if none are given after 10 days, by default, we will engrave all information on the inside.

The bracelet can also be ordered without custom engraving.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Bracelets are made to order.

If you require further customization or modifications once you’ve received your bracelet, please contact us. Note: you will be responsible for all shipping costs and related charges. RTS cannot accept responsibility for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. After 21 days an insurance claim will be filed. Please take care to properly supply the correct address.

Our bracelets are made of .925 Sterling Silver. Pure Silver is too soft to use in the jewelry process, so it is combined with other metal alloys to create a more durable metal. When 92.5% of pure Silver is mixed with 7.5% of other metals (often Copper or Zinc) the resulting alloy is called .925 Sterling Silver.

Bracelets are not stamped 925 on purpose. Because the majority of my clients engrave their information on the inside of their bracelets, molds do not include the 925 stamp to prevent overlapping text with the stamp.

The silver is 925 quality. If you have more questions or if you would like documentation of the 925 Silver for peace of mind just ask.

Both our Bronze bracelets and our .925 Sterling Silver bracelets contain small amounts of Copper alloy. Depending on your body's individual chemistry and Ph levels, the climate that you live in and even the medications you take, you may experience skin discoloration. It is not harmful and it is not an allergic reaction.

We do not accept returns or refunds. In the rare chance your bracelet has caused skin discoloration or excess tarnish, we will work with you to find a solution so you can continue wearing your bracelet. Please contact us for more information.

No. Our bracelets are hand made just for you using the lost-wax process. Though we strive for consistency, variations can occur.

Yes, you may have to pay customs fees when your parcel reaches the country you live in. You are responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, and you’ll need to pay these fees to release your order from customs. I don’t have any control over customs and import taxes and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged, as this varies widely depending on the country you live in. Length of shipping time will vary and once it ships it is out of our control. If you have not received your package, we suggest you contact your local postal service or customs office for further information. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. If the package still shows en route: will file an insurance claim

Both Silver and Bronze will tarnish.

Excessive daily tarnish can be a sign that one of your medical conditions or even a medication you're on may be interacting with the copper alloy in the Bronze or Silver.

Please discuss this with your doctor BEFORE placing an order.

You can coat the inside of the bracelet with clear nail polish as an easy fix to prevent skin interactions. The bracelet can also be e-coated (a clear coating) for an extra $25. Please contact us for more details.
