All requests are made to order, I aim to ship within 1-2 weeks and will always let you know if I cannot meet the deadline by Etsy messages. Exc Holiday Periods.

Postage costs include packaging costs. UK orders will be mailed second class and a proof of posting will be obtained.

International orders will be sent Royal Mail International Standard which means the no tracking included. There is a tracked option at the checkout however.

We cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post, we will forward you all proof of postage for you to claim with your delivery service.
ONLY If you have upgraded to tracked delivery and the item goes missing we will replace.

United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
North America/ Canada: 3-6 Weeks
Rest Of America: 1-2 Weeks
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks

UK CUSTOMERS : When your order has left Us, Royal Mail state items can take upto 5 Business days to arrive BUT will not be considered as lost until 15 business days after the due date.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
If you weren't aware your order is being shipped from the UK, Royal Mail international standard can take upto 15 Business days to arrive this can be delayed because of varying factors and is not classed as lost until 45 Business days after the item due date

I accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Buyer must pay for return postage and goods must be returned to me unused and in a resalable state.
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded, please ensure you have the correct details you want on your personalised stickers. If there is a mistake you will need to purchase again.

To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, I recommend you upgrade to tracked shipping. if you pick standard shipping option (WITHOUT tracking) and your order goes missing, then there is not much I can do and I cannot be held liable.
I will forward you proof of postage for you to take to your postal depot but I will not replace or reimburse orders that were lost using standard shipping. Only if you purchase tracked and it goes missing (which it should never do) I will replace.

For non foil stickers they are printed on a premium matte vinyl.
Foiled stickers are on a premium matte paper.

No, all orders are sent using standard shipping without tracking. If you wish for a tracking number then you must select the tracked option at checkout

If you have any problems with your order, be it with shipping or the actual items then please message me

If an order is returned back to me, then I shall contact you to ask for confirmation of your address and arrange so that you can make payment for shipping again.

If it has been returned due to my error, then I shall pay for shipping again - if it was returned due to customer error ie. non collection from postal depot, wrong address provided etc then it is up to the customer to pay again
