Shipping was super slow and did not arrive by the time it said it would and swller is very slow to respond

Ordered two halters, they turned out cute, quality is good. Delivery was later than expected. I had spoken with the seller the day I placed my order regarding the spelling on one of the halters and received confirmation that the spelling would be corrected but it didn’t end up being corrected. I was quite bummed when the when the halter showed up with the wrong spelling.
