Are there fees with returns?

Yes. Buyers are responsible for return shipping (as stated in our policy). We also charge a restocking fee of 15%.

Can I return my item after I tore off the tags?

No. Federal law requires tags for appropriate items with care and suffocation warning messages. Therefore, we won't accept a return if the tags have been removed, cut off or torn off.

What if I decide I don't want my product after I've already used it?

In most all cases, we will not issue a full refund for used items. In the case of duvet covers, shower curtains and other home decor items – we are simply unable to restock items if they have been used.
