This water decal was made by the Artcraft Manufacturing Company in Grand Rapids Michigan.
It is one of the earlier panda logos. No date is printed on the decal or backing but from the logos on their site this one was made somewhere between 1961 and 1978.
The diameter of the green part of the decal is 3.125"

The decals were wet on the lower right corner as you can see in the photo, this took some of the decal down to the paper but it does not affect the image at all.

Your decal will be packaged with care in a bend proof envelope marked do not bend.
