Natural fibers are best washed with lukewarm water and a few drops of shampoo. Rinse well, roll in towel to remove excess water and lay flat to dry. Natural fibers do resist stains and spills and therefore don't require as much laundering. Dyed fiber is washed and rinsed thoroughly, however, some color bleeding may occur due to changes in ph of water and/or soap used on your finished product. Use cool water and mild soap to minimize any dye migration. I do use commercial grade dyes.

This is handspun yarn consisting of one strand of 100% angora rabbit and the other strand is a blend of Faux Cashmere (Nylon), Kid Mohair, Bamboo & Firestar which was hand dyed in blues. The blend is shades of pale to darker blue, with a splash of golden green which nestles amidst the strand of white angora rabbit. You can see the halo of this beautiful yarn with a bit of sparkle of the firestar.

You are buying a skein of luxury yarn that is approximately 50 yards of two ply sport weight. The angora in this yarn is already starting to bloom. This is a beautiful soft yarn suited for lacey type work and next to the skin items.
