Head wrap measures approximately 3.5 inches * 40 inches and ties into a bow for babies to age 2 while it is a knotted head tie on older girls. You can even wrap it a head tie as in her 3rd pic. The waistband of this African print skirt is fully elasticated. The waistband stretches another 2-3 inches. Please purchase by size/measurement and NOT age for best fit. Measure from waist to hem to see where skirt length will fall on your child.
