Return or exchange policy

Each item is made to order in your selected size and finish, so returns and exchanges are not offered. If anything is wrong with your order, message me and I will help. If you need to change or cancel an order, message me as soon as possible. If production has not started yet, I can usually help.

If your order arrives damaged, message me with photos of the item and the packaging within 72 hours and I will arrange a replacement.

Unclaimed packages or incorrect address

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, I can resend it once it is returned. New shipping fees apply. If a returned package is damaged and a reprint is required, I will confirm the cost with you before proceeding.

This is my second order from Vicky and this order arrived FASTER than the first one (which I didn't think was possible!). This order was for a graduation gift for my daughter's boyfriend. He's from Frankfurt, Germany and just landed his first job in Chicago, Illinois. I'm going to frame the two prints together to remind him of his home in Germany and his new home in Chicago. I love that there are so many color choices and so many that can be very masculine. I think he will love it!
