Custom and personalized orders

Nearly every item in my shop is a custom and/or personalized item. I can change shirt color, fabric colors, thread colors or vinyl colors on any item. Each listing description contains instructions on what information to leave me during checkout so that your order is completed to your exact specifications. Please see each item description for more details. When contacting me about a specific color scheme, please let me know the color scheme you are using so I can answer appropriately. ;)

Each listing contains photos of the shirts I use with measurements for each size. I also include a photo that shows you how to measure a shirt. If a listing does not contain these photos, contact me to request them. Check these photos to ensure you order the correct size! Refunds will not be given if you fail to check this and the shirt you ordered is too small or large. Unless otherwise noted in the listing, ALL shirts and bodysuits will be short sleeved.

I include a care sheet with each order. For the best care of any handmade garment, wash in cold water using mild detergent and hand or lay flat to dry. If your item contains the color red, use a color catcher sheet. For embellished garments (embroidered or vinyl), use a pressing cloth to protect the graphic from the iron. I highly recommend you use a teflon sheet, the same as what garment decorators use with heat presses. You can find these on Amazon, Ebay and other retailers at a reasonable price.

Gift wrapping and packaging

If you would like your order gift wrapped, please contact me regarding your purchase. There may be an additional charge for this service. Also, it may increase the shipping rate on the item purchased. **Marking your order as a gift simply means that no invoice will be included with your order. I am happy to include a note from you with the order. Just leave the gift message in the message to SimplieGirlieDesigns area during checkout.

Given the handmade nature of each item, I only provide discounts on group orders of 10 or more items. Discount code for 10-19 items is GROUP10. Code for 20+ items is GROUP20. Other discount codes may be available for group orders of 30 or more. Discount codes only work when the total number of items IN YOUR CART exceeds 10 or 20 items depending on the code used. I also have a special discount code I send out for use on future orders when you include a photograph with your item review. ;)

Turn around/Production time

Orders schedule to ship 2 weeks from the purchase date. My schedule is always booked, so you cannot count on the order shipping sooner than 2 weeks unless you have purchased rush service. If you need your order sooner, you will need to add one of the rush listings in my shop to your cart along with the item you are purchasing. CHANGING THE SHIPPING METHOD IN YOUR CART DOES NOT RUSH YOUR ORDER! You MUST purchase rush service for your order to be moved up in the production line ahead of others so it is completed sooner.

I have all colors of fabrics in a large variety of prints, so I can easily match this to your theme if your colors differ from any of those shown. You can change the shirt color, fabric color(s)/print(s) and thread color(s). IF NO CHANGES ARE REQUESTED, I will do your shirt the same as the grey shirt in the top left corner of the main photo. If you want your shirt done exactly like one of the photos in the listing, you can just give me the name on that shirt and I will match it to the best of my ability (i.e. I want this shirt like the "Corbin" example.").

All grey shirts in the photos are either oxford or sport grey (color name differs for toddler and youth shirts as they are different brands), other shirts in examples are white.

Shirt will be short sleeved. Size charts with shirt measurements and color availability are found in the photos. If you need a long-sleeve shirt, please contact me before ordering to be sure I have it in stock. Long sleeves are an additional $3 and I will need to set up a private listing for you.

Applique is done on my home embroidery machine and care instructions will be included. Back of embroidery is covered with a special material that protects little one's skin.

Personalization is included. Font choices are shown in the listing photos. Please choose one of these when ordering your shirt. If no font choice is given during checkout, I will use the font of my choice.

**** Due to the handmade nature of this item, sometimes I will have to substitute a similar fabric, trim, thread or shirt. Manufacturers do discontinue items from time to time or are out of stock and I have to adjust accordingly. Please know that if this happens, I will make your shirt as close to the photo as possible (unless you've requested changes). If I ever have a question about a substitution, I will contact you prior to finishing your item.
