Domestic shipping costs include postage, packing materials, tracking, and delivery confirmation. All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless you select another delivery option:

* USPS First Class Mail: 3-5 business days.
* USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days (NOTE: the post office does not guarantee the delivery date, so please allow up to 6-10 days for delivery).
* USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 business day - Guaranteed delivery the next business day.

Your orders will be shipped to the address stated in your Etsy profile, so please make sure it's correct. Items returned because the shipping address is incorrect will require extra shipping cost to be paid before it can shipped out again.

All items are insured and shipped via First Class Mail International which is track-able in these countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, France, Netherlands, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Israel, and Brazil.

First Class Mail International can take about 7-21 business days. I’ll send you a Customs Tracking Number in case you need it to locate a package at your local Customs.

International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs, VAT, and/or import taxes. These vary by country. Please check with your local VAT office or Customs office to verify your country’s postal regulations before placing your order.

I'm not responsible for delays due to Customs at the destination country.

For combined orders of up to:
* 300 petals: please allow 1-2 business days
* 300 - 500 petals: please allow 3-5 business days
* 500 + petals: please allow 7-10 business days to complete

I make every effort to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible. However, once I hand over the package to the post office, I have no control over the postal service. I am not responsible for USPS-related delivery delays.

If your shipment is delayed due to USPS issues, please let me know. I can issue you a full refund of the purchase price if you return the merchandise to me in its original condition and without any obvious use. Once I receive the merchandise unused, I will then refund the purchase only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If your package is lost, I will work with you to track and locate it.

If the shipment is damaged in transit, please send me photos so I can file a claim.

Please note that expedited shipping only speeds up the delivery of your order. It does not automatically indicate a rush order or change the order processing time.

Yes, rush orders are available. This moves your order to the top of the line and expedites production only (not shipping).

I will make every effort to get your rush order to you in time for your event, but please convo me BEFORE you purchase to verify that I can accommodate your request.

I often use clean recycled shipping boxes to mail out orders. It cuts down on shipping costs, and I refund shipping overages the same day I ship.

Cancellations:

Please contact me within 24 hours of purchase to cancel your order. I will issue you a full refund the same day. Keep in mind that Etsy takes 48 hours to process cancellations.
**Please note: I do not accept cancellations AFTER the 24-hour period has ended.

Exchanges:

If you place an order and then wish to substitute it for something else in my shop, please send me a convo. I'll be happy to substitute the items for you.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship the items back to me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in its original condition. I'll refund the purchase price. The shipping fees are not refundable.
