Add the item(s) to your shopping card. You can add any items you want from different categories. We will make a combined shipping. 6. If you have any wishes or suggestions, please leave them in the «Notes to seller» or write a message. 7. Check your shopping card and make sure your order is correct. 8. Click «Proceed to checkout» to complete your order. 9. All done! We’ll get started on your order ASAP and will ship it in 2-3 working days. Thank you!

What does custom order mean and how to make it?

1. In some cases, the buyer wants to purchase a lot of items from different categories. In this situation it is possible to make a custom order. 2. You can make your custom order through «Custom order request» button. Click on it and fill in a form. 3. Write there what items should be included in your custom order. 4. We’ll make a custom listing on Etsy, which includes your chosen items. 5. When your custom listing is ready, you can choose it and make a purchase as usual.

Yes, there are options e.g. «any 3 meters», «any 5 meters», «any 10 meters», «any 3 bottles», «any 3 items», etc. in the drop-down menu. To inform us, what colors of cords, leather dyes or sizes of tools you want to purchase using this option, write your wishes in the «notes to seller» or in personal message.

Speaking from my own experience, the first set tools I bought was: 1. Diamond awl; 2. Edge Beveler; 3. «Blunt point» needles; 4. Good quality waxed sewing thread; 5. Of course, you need a good knife, but at the beginning you may use any sharpened knife you have on hand.

What is the basic range of Regad tools to start leather working?

To start grooving, creasing, polishing or burnishing leather with Regad heating irons you need: 1. Regad transformer (M6000 or M3000) to regulate the power and temperature; 2. Regad handle (cork or wooden) to transfer the power from electric edging and creasing machine to the iron to heat it. 3. Heating iron.

What type of my first Regad heating iron to choose?

How to choose a heating iron. There are a lot of types of these irons. Your choice depends on what are you going to do (polish leather surface, burnish edges, draw decorative lines on leather and so on). I must say, the most popular tips to start working with Regad are S and FN(M) series tips. First one is not so expensive, it burnishes leather edges and you can draw lines on leather, but it doesn’t have a guide to control a distance between the edge of leather and drawing line. Second one has two edges - one that rides on the side of your leather edge, and one that rides on the top of the leather. Both irons heat the wax and paint on the leather's edge, creating a smooth surface.

Leather needles are sometimes referred to as Glovers needles because years ago they were used by glove-makers. They are still used today in all types of leather work, including shoemaking and shoe repairs, belts and leather garments. Glovers needles have a triangular point which enables them to pierce and pass through tough materials such as leather, suede and and vinyl without tearing.
