These little cuties were hand drawn and then digitally coloured by myself before being turned into the acrylic charms you see here :)

Charm Info (Please Read) :

♡ The charms are double sided, regular eeveelution on one side and shiny version on the other, see photos for a closer look.
♡ Laser cut clear acrylic, they're waterproof and the image will not fade
♡ Measures approx 2" (a little over 5cm) at longest point, some characters appear smaller than others (vaporeon for example) due to the shape of design (please see photos of the keychains together)
♡ Colours may differ slightly due to the photograph and/or monitor settings

All orders to the United States (mainland only) now come with a tracking number as standard.

For everywhere else, to keep shipping charges minimal all international orders are sent using standard airmail, unfortunately this does not come with a tracking number. If you would like/need a tracking number please choose the "tracked and signed" shipping option from the drop down menu at the checkout. I can only provide one if this method is selected.

If you think your package is lost, before contacting me please check with your local post office and neighbours to see if your package is there. Often the package is either being returned to sender or waiting at your post office due to a failed delivery attempt where the postal worker was unable to leave the package. These problems are issues with the postal service and although I'll try to help, I only have access to the same information as you.

I have to give 8 weeks from the day the package was sent for the order to be considered lost. I have sent replacements before this time limit in the past, only for the original order to show up with the buyer shortly after. If this time has passed please contact me. Thank you for understanding.

Unfortunately at this time none of my products are customisable. I often get asked if I offer custom pins and keychains, but since I need to outsource my designs to a manufacturer for these products it's just not possible, this is mainly due to the minimum order quantities being relatively high and high costs.
But I may offer custom options on other items in the future.

I only sell here on Etsy under the name "Jennifayrie" and on my own website jennifayrie.com. If you see my designs being sold as products here under another shop name, or on any other website, these are either stolen art or counterfeit goods.

I get a lot of messages pointing me to other listings or websites selling my illustrations or products featuring my illustrations. Just know that they do not have my permission.
