**You will need between 9 - 10 skeins (10 to be safe if you might crochet with a looser guage than myself) of Cascade Yarns 128 Superwash yarn in Ecru, and another 2 skeins in Feather grey


**NOTE: At the time that I made this pattern, the yarn was listed as a Bulky 6. They have now listed it as a "5", chunky yarn. It certainly is a chunky yarn and is NOT a super bulky or bulky 6 as originally stated, and as listed in the pattern.


Skills Needed:

Single crochet, chain, skip stitch

This blanket uses the granite stitch. You can find several helpful YouTube videos on how to make this stitch if you’ve never done it. You will be working single crochet stitches into the chain stitch below to create this look.

Abbreviations:
ch - chain
sc – single crochet
sk st – skip stitch
MC – Main Color
CC – Contrast Color

Size:
37” wide X 51” long after blocked

This is a great pattern and very easy to follow. I gave up crocheting years ago and on a whim bought some yarn the other day - I don't know why - I am a quilter - but I did, then I needed a pattern. This one is great. It will take a long time for me to finish it but I know I am going to love it .
