How do I download my digital files?

From Etsy go to "You > Purchases and Reviews" and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download.

How long do custom portraits and illustrations take?

7-10 business days per illustration or portrait. Expediting a project is available for a rush fee.

Can I use your clipart for, or part of, my company logo/identity?

No you can not. If you need a logo design, please contact me for an estimate.

Do you offer editable eps or svg files?

Yes! I have an eps add-on for clipart, however, I do not offer svg files.

What does less than 2/3 of my overall design mean?

It means you can not use my graphics "as is". You must combine them with additional graphics and/or text to create an overall unique design. My graphics are to be utilized as a design tool, not the sole focus of your design.

What application(s) are compatible with your files?

You can add png and jpg images to your designs using layout programs such as Word, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign... etc), Corel Draw.. etc. Layout and design assistance is not included with your purchase. You must own the necessary software and possess the necessary skills to create layout designs.

What types of designs can I use your graphics with?

Any unique design you come up with! This includes invitations, posters, books, scrapbooking, greeting cards, t-shirts.. and much more. Just remember to read my TOU.

How can I unzip product files?

PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions. Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.

Can your images be enlarged?

Enlarging images beyond the provided size is not recommended. Please use the graphics at or below the native size. Enlarging images will result in poor qualify. If you need a graphic enlarged, please contact me.
