This beautiful hand-thrown pottery blue sugar bowl is made with speckled clay. The body and the lid are coated in a variegated blue-green glaze. The stylish holder on the lid gives the bowl a unique and chic look. There is a small cutout on the lid so as to easily accommodate a spoon.
Although I have referred to it as a sugar bowl it would also be suitable for salt, spices, jam, honey, chutney, container.
This very attractive item will add grace to any table, and is sure to be a hit at any tea klatsch!

All of my products are made with a lead-free non-toxic glaze and are perfectly happy to be eaten off of, drunk out of and enjoyed thoroughly. Everything is dishwasher, oven and microwave safe.

Please don't microwave an empty ceramic vessel. If there is no food or liquid in the bowl to absorb the microwave energy, the ceramic material itself can become excessively heated and potentially crack or shatter.

This is a beautiful piece of pottery. I was having a hard time finding a sugar bowl that caught my eye, and this did immediately. It took a while to arrive (this didn't bother me at all I was expecting that since it was coming from Israel and was hand made), but it was packed very well and was delivered in one piece.
