Attitude stinks. Please make sure everything is correct the first time. These over priced digital Etsy sellers kill me. Your making $10 plus for 2 mins of typing!

Response from Lynn

Unfortunately Etsy is filled with the good and the bad shoppers. This buyer was so angry, condescending from the beginning that we had to reach out to Etsy support to prevent her from contacting us further as they deemed it harassment. Her review is based solely on the fact she wanted the font changed. We had no problem with the request however she would not give us a font name she’d like used, rather insisted our designs “look as a three year old” created them, amongst other insults. We were nothing but professional and quick with the order, even sending several revisions in a 24 hr timeframe. I’m not quite sure where the hostility came from but definitely wish you the best!
