What if the total shipping price seems high?

WE REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES OVERAGES! Shipping Costs include Postage AND Packaging Supplies necessary to package your purchase and to ensure it arrives safely in good condition. However, Etsy ordering does not handle the shipping charges for fabric very well. We refund shipping over charges overages. Feel free to contact us directly for more exact shipping.

What if you are not currently shipping to my country?

Please convo us and include what you would like to order plus your general location (e.g., city and country). We will let you know if we can set up a Custom Order shipped to your country. Thanks for asking!

How do I order multiple yards?

We sell fabric By the Yard. So use the pull down menu to indicate the number of yards that you wish to purchase. Multiple yards are always cut as continuous yardage.

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship orders as soon as possible within a 1 to 3 day window. If your order has not shipped within that time frame, please check your messages in case we have sent you a convo. You are also welcome to convo us. Incorrect or invalid shipping addresses can prevent timely shipping. The USPS attempts to verify your shipping address on every order. Please ensure that you have your correct shipping address in the Etsy system. Thanks!

Do you have additional yardage or more items no listed online?

We do not always list our total available yardage or number of kits online. We have a brick-n-mortar store that may have additional items not listed in our Etsy shop. You are always welcome to convo us with any questions. We are glad to check our inventory for you! We try to answer all inquiries within 24-48 hours. Sooner, if possible. Thanks for shopping with us!

How do I indicate that I want my yardage as a continuous cut?

We always cut yardage as continuous. If you purchase more than one yard of fabric, you will receive that yardage as a single, continuous cut.

Will I be responsible for Taxes, Duties, GST and VAT for my international order?

Yes! International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, GST and VATs due to their country. Please contact your customs office for exact amounts due.

What happens if my shipping address can not be verified by USPS?

If a customer's SHIPPING ADDRESS can NOT be verified by the USPS, we will attempt to contact the customer through Etsy email to have the customer confirm their shipping address. If the customer does NOT RESPOND WITHIN A WEEK of our attempts to contact them, we reserve the right to CANCEL their order. They will receive a full refund less any restocking fee which will be determined by the Etsy shop owner.

Can I Return or Exchange my purchase?

Please contact us first but you can RETURN your purchase within 14 DAYS. The product MUST be returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All returns may be charged a restocking fee. **BUYERS are responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS.** We do not accept EXCHANGES but please contact the shop if you have any questions.
