I shipped these to my sister’s house for Christmas. She said it came so poorly packaged that she almost threw it away. It was sloppily and carelessly packaged. It also took longer than I anticipated.

The item I originally ordered was lost in the mail. I contacted the seller and they stated they would send out a replacement as well as a couple extra. Cool! When I followed up a week or so later just to get confirmation that the replacements had been shipped out, I got no response. I reached out again a couple days later and still no response. I ended up opening a case with Etsy and getting a refund thinking the seller had ghosted me. I have just received the replacements and they are very nice. I’m happy I received them, it just would have been nice had the seller communicated a bit better.

It should be 0 stars. I have not received the item. I have tried to communicate with the seller and she does not respond to my messages. Most recently requested a refund by the 17th. I have not received a reply. Still hoping I get my refund. I am disappointed not to have the item for my project. She is highly rated. Of course I hope she is okay.
