Gift wrapping and packaging

Every item will be packed with THE UTMOST CARE. At no additional cost, each of my creations is sent in a small colorful organza bag and protected by one or more layer of bubble wrap, in a small cardboard box. Gift wrapping is available upon request, with colorful shining festive little boxes, I'll be glad to embellish the present with a bow and add a wishing phrase to the package.

I have no control on delivery, so no refunds will be issued because of any kind of delivery problems. Please kindly double check your delivery address with Etsy before purchasing. Refunds are not available for purchases sent to the wrong address. I only refund if it is found that any damages in delivery were due to my negligence. Notify me of any damage or discrepancies within 3 days of receipt. In case of refund, it will be for the price of the item only, not for the shipping costs. Refund will occur after the item is back to me at the customer's expenses (tracked shipping only). I do not accept returns beyond 15 days of receipt of the item by the customer. Every single item listed in my shop is described in detail (exact measurements etc.) and accompanied by several photos but, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the item received, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. I will do everything I can to solve the problem.

Cancellation of an order (accepted only if the cancellation request is made within 12 hours of the order):

Order processing begins immediately after payment has been received (the item is removed from inventory, packed and packaged, the shipping envelope labeled, the return slip filled out, etc.). Etsy and PayPal fees are deducted at the same time. For this reason, if you request the cancellation of an order, these costs will be deducted from the final refund amount (10% of the item price).

Whether you are a witch or a sorcerer, a delicate fairy or a vampire, a princess or an elvish creature, these pendants are perfect to complete your look. Also highly suited to give a touch of fantasy to your every day clothing or to embellish an evening dress. Each pendant is composed with a crystal prism inside a filigree conic cap (in antique silver or bronze tone, your choice), hanging from a chain chain with a beautifully detailed bail. Upon request I can add crystal beads or charms for you, send me a message and we will decide together how to complete your unique pendant.

Each pendant is 8 cm (3,15 inches) tall from tip of glass to top of the bail. The chain is 77 cm (30,31 inches) long. All components are nickel free.

Please be careful when wearing these prisms, especially with longer chains. They are fragile and may chip o break if dropped or subject to a shock.
