DELIVERY TIME
Because I make the papercuts to custom order it usually will take about 1 or 2 weeks (depending on the size) before I can ship them. Once I have confirmed your payment I start cutting. After completion I'll do my very best to ship your papercut within 1-2 days. Ofcourse I will contact you when your piece is ready for shipment.

SHIPPING
All items will ship with PostNL, regular post without track and trace or insurance. If you prefer to have it send with a tracking number or insured, please choose a shipping upgrade at checkout! All shipping cost is including Dutch taxes and packaging.

According to PostNL the average delivery times are:
Europe: 2-5 working days (depending on the country
United States: 3-6 working days
Australia: 6-8 working days

CUSTOM FEES
International Buyers: Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees (import duties, taxes and charges) imposed by your country. This is not included in the item price or shipping charges.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

DIFFERENCE IN SHIPPING COSTS
I have tried my best to accurately estimate shipping costs for my items. This however depends on the exact contents of the shipment, for example with multiple items. If the shipping costs you paid turn out to be substantially more ($1+) than the actual shipping costs, I will refund you the difference. If the actual shipping costs turn out to be higher than estimated I will pay for the difference.

PACKAGING
I use sturdy packaging to make sure your purchase reaches you undamaged. Unframed paper cuts are packaged in a cellophane sleeve and sturdy cardboard backing.
Framed paper cuts are wrapped in bubble plastic and cardboard. With the use of my cardboard boxes, I try to recycle as much as I can. So it is possible that you receive your paper cut in a cardboard box for diapers or my husbands favourite beer. ;)
