The sweetgrass has a pleasant, earthy scent that is both soothing and uplifting. I love to keep it on my desk while I work, as it helps to create a peaceful and positive atmosphere. Not only does the sweetgrass braid have a lovely scent, but it also has many practical uses. It can be burned as an incense to purify and cleanse a space, or it can be used in smudging rituals to rid a space of negative energy. I have also used it to create a calming tea, which is perfect for winding down
