My loss of loved one memorial print is a very special way to remember/honor a child, teenager, young adult, husband, wife, etc., be it a sympathy/condolence gift for a friends loss or a gift to yourself for your own loss. Memorial/remembrance print features the deceased's photo as well your choice of the 4 pictured poems ("Our Angel", "My Angel", "Our Angels", or "My Angels") persons name or names, a short message just below photo, (you may choose to use any of the pictured messages or a short personalized message of your own, for example "In Loving Memory") and the dates of birth and death. Print is available in your choice of gray or brown coloring, please see examples above. Picture will be approx. 6.5 x 5.5 inches on the 11 x 14 layout and 4.5 x 4 inches on the 8 x 10 layout. Picture will be printed directly on print.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS/WHAT I WILL NEED FROM YOU:

Picture of the deceased person or persons emailed directly to: foxcreationsonline [!at] gmail.com (please include your order number in the subject line when sending the picture) Please Note: This design option is intended/priced to include one picture to be edited/included on the layout, so if ordering in memory of two you will need to send a picture of the two people together. If you do not have a picture of the two together, please do convo me before placing the order so that we may discuss the number of pictures needed/proper pricing.
PLEASE INCLUDE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN EITHER THE “ADD YOUR PERSONALIZATION’ OR THE "ADD A NOTE" TEXT BOX BEFORE COMPLETING CHECKOUT.

*A proof of your print will be sent via email to either the email address you send the picture from or the email address on file with Etsy so please double check to be sure you have a good email address associated with your account. (if you would like for your proof to be sent to a different email address, please leave the preferred email address in the notes section)

Most of my poems can be completed using any of the background/layout options shown within my shop. If you would prefer a different poem listed within my shop to be completed using this background artwork or if you would prefer this poem to be completed using a different background/layout option shown, please convo me before placing order. Due to copyright protection of all written works and the fact that it is illegal to reproduce any copyright protected work without permission from the copyright owner, I can only use poems listed within my shop. Digital File – You will receive a high-resolution printable file, which will be sent via email for you to print or have printed at any print shop of your choice. Please keep in mind, if you purchase a digital file, no physical item will be shipped. Digital files may be used/printed for personal use only and may not be used for resale in any way.
**If purchasing the digital file option outside of the U.S., you will initially be charged a shipping fee however, the shipping fee will later be refunded. The shipping refund only applies to the digital file option and does not apply to any other print options or items shown within my shop.
Standard Photo Paper Print - Beautiful slightly textured high luster satin finish professional photo paper. Standard photo paper prints are printed using the highest quality professional archival inks and will arrive ready for framing, with a museum grade archival backing board included, however, a frame is NOT included. Cotton Photo Paper Print – 100% cotton professional fine art photo paper with a beautifully textured satin finish. Cotton photo paper prints are printed using the highest quality professional archival inks and will arrive ready for framing, with a museum grade archival backing board included, however, a frame is NOT included. Please keep in mind, the sample pictures shown are proofs and do not properly reflect the actual quality of the final photo print.
Photo Standout Mount Board - *Examples of my photo standout mount boards may be seen by viewing the listing video above* Photo standouts are a finished product which will arrive ready for display with no framing needed. Photo standouts may be displayed by hanging on the wall using the grooved holes in the back. Photo standouts may also be displayed by sitting at a slight slant on most any shelf or they can be displayed on your choice of most any decorative easel. (8x10 and smaller boards will include a small self-contained easel stand which may be inserted in the back so as to be used for tabletop display as well) Photo standouts are printed using the highest quality professional archival inks and are finished using museum grade professional luster photo paper. Photo standout boards are ¾ inch thick with a black edge band. Photo standout boards will be packaged in a crystal clear envelope and will arrive in a gift box with a coordinating ribbon. Please Note: For photo standout mount boards, I do purchase supplies from more than one vendor so the color of the back of the board (which does not show when displayed) may vary.
Photo prints and photo standout mount boards will be carefully packaged for safe arrival and will be shipped inside of a cardboard shipping box.
You will need to choose your print size/paper option, as well as your color/font preference (on listings where applicable), from the drop down list before adding print to cart. If you would like to order multiple prints each using a different poem or color option, you will need to choose the properties for the first print, add to cart, and then click "keep shopping" (located at the top towards the right hand side) which will take you directly back to my shop where you can then add the next print, etc.
Shipping Note/Information: As we all know, there is no such thing as free shipping and as such, when an item is advertised as free shipping, it simply means the cost of the shipping has been included in the item cost. With that in mind, please understand, if the ship to address is entered incorrectly and or if for any other reason, through no fault of mine, the package is returned to me by the post office, you, the customer, will be responsible for paying an additional shipping charge to have the item reshipped.
Shipping within the United States is via priority mail with an expected arrival of 1 to 3 business days once completed and shipped. Shipping to all other locations is via first class mail, please see shipping policies for more information.
