Our signs are made from start to finish in our home, with great attention paid to each and every detail as we make them. We poured hundreds of hours searching for the perfect canvas, and our elegantly textured, cotton blend canvas is simply breathtaking. We have fallen in love with the way the textured fibers add dimension and quality to our products, and we know you will too! Canvas features many benefits, including deep and rich colors, smooth and clean lines, and museum grade quality.

All of our signs are handmade on our little hobby farm in southwest Michigan. We don’t outsource any aspect of our production, ensuring that we are fully satisfied with each and every sign that leaves our hands to be shared in your home. Our signs are framed with solid wood, and all of our canvas is wood mounted, ensuring that it will never sag, crack or stretch with time.

HANGING HARDWARE:

As reflected in our reviews, our signs are well constructed, ensuring a solid and sturdy finished product. At the same time, they are considered light to medium weight, and in most circumstances can be hung safely from the frame. Because of this, hanging hardware is not included with purchase. As every home and family is unique, it is our customer’s responsibility to determine the safest way to hang our signs in their home, including whether or not hanging hardware is needed. Our customers are responsible for ensuring that their sign is safely and securely hung on the wall. In all circumstances, we recommend our signs to be hung using a screw or screws that have been secured into a wall stud or drywall anchor.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES:

All of our signs are made in our home from start to finish, by our two hands. Handmade products take time to create, as we pay meticulous attention to every detail on each and every product we send to our customers. Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks after purchase. During certain times of the year, we may experience higher order volumes, and our processing time may be extended. We cannot guarantee delivery dates; however, all of our signs are shipped using USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery of 2-3 days. Tracking information will be provided with all shipments. If you need your sign by a certain date, please let us know prior to purchase and we will do everything we can to get your sign to you by your requested date. We never charge rush fees to expedite order processing.

RETURNS:

Please be assured that we want you to be happy with your purchase from our shop. We stand by our product, and will happily resolve any concerns regarding defects in craftsmanship, should they arise. We have a no refund policy once an order has been placed and we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products, unless there is an obvious defect in craftsmanship.

In the event that your order is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order for a replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All of our items are shipped with USPS insurance. You will not be responsible for filing a claim with USPS, however, we do require you to provide 3 photos of the damage incurred in so that we can file a claim on our end. If you are due a replacement because of damage during shipping, please be assured that we will send a replacement as soon as possible. You will not need to wait for the results of the USPS claim.
