We offer customizations within reason. If it is something outside of our jewelry range to do we apologize and will try to accommodate our customers as best as we can. We offer custom leather cord lengths, chain lengths. Multiple color options for beads. etc. Please contact us with your request.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We DO NOT REPLACE OR REFUND ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL! That is the postal service's mistake, not ours. Accidents involving our jewlerly causing the item to break.
We will repair your jewelry purchase free of charge due to our error or prodcut failure, eg faulty clasps or other findings. If the wire, cord or chain fails and ship it to you for free.
If any damage occurs in the mail we will repair the item. We only ask you pay to ship it to us. We will pay to ship it back to you.

We take custom orders! However, as some of our peices and or stones are one of a kind there can and will be slight varients depending on the item. Ordering mutiples with natural stones will show these color varients. Our one pof s kind items cannot be replicated exactly, but we will do our best to satisfy you.

We use imitation stones, genuine stones, glass beads and some costume beads. We want to offer our customers jewelry at an affordable price.
We use different metals including sterling silver wire, copper wire, pewter, brass, and silver colored metals. Our chains are silver plated, silver, gold, antique bronze or copper in color. Our earrings are nickel free and hypoallergenic. Our findings and clasps are also nickel free.

Please use normal care with and while wearing our jewelry. A lot of our jewelry pieces are glass and can break if dropped on a hard surface. Please use care with the glass items. Our jewelry is also not meant for young children, as some pieces have small parts that could be a choking hazard.
