*UK Orders*

All items will be sent by first class post and will usually be posted within 1-2 working days. Your order should then hopefully arrive with you within a couple of days, but can of course sometimes take a bit longer. If you need something in a hurry just let me know and I'm usually able to offer next day delivery too for an extra cost.

*International Orders*

Please note that some orders will take a lot longer to arrive than normal at the moment and it's best to check any updates with your country's delivery service before ordering from the UK.

International orders can take anything from a few days/a week to up to 6 weeks or more to arrive, so please take this into consideration when ordering and leave plenty of time if possible! I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date for any international orders, and some post is taking an extremely long time to arrive. Please let me know if your order has not arrived after 6 weeks, as before that I'm not able to do anything except ask you to be patient and wait a bit longer!

All international orders will now be sent with tracking (apart from cards - you can upgrade and add tracking at checkout if you would like it on a card).

The buyer is responsible for any customs charges, import duties, tax etc.
I cannot control this or tell you what exactly the charge would be - this will depend on your country and you should look up the relevant government website for your country to check.

*EU Orders*

If your order value is under €150, Etsy will apply the import tax at the point of sale now, and there hopefully shouldn't be anything further for you to pay on delivery. Unfortunately, some countries are still charging extra fees/customs charges and therefore I cannot guarantee that there won't be any other charges to pay on delivery. It's a good idea to keep an eye on the tracking for your order incase you are asked to pay a fee online. If this happens, if you can pay any fees and get proof / a receipt, then contact Etsy directly who have said they will refund any additional fees that should not have been charged.
If your order value is over €150, no tax will be charged at the point of sale, but there will be taxes and customs fees to pay on delivery from your country's postal service. I cannot control this or tell you what exactly the charge would be.

*Information for All Orders*

If an item is sent back because of an incorrect address, it can't be delivered or no-one is available to sign for it and is not collected from the post office in time, you will have to pay again for re-delivery.

If an order does not arrive within 2 weeks (UK orders) or 6 weeks (international orders) please let me know and I will look into it. For international orders with tracking, you can find the tracking number and link to track on your shipping notification.

If your order has not arrived, please first check that the delivery address you gave was correct, and if possible check with neighbours and the local post office/sorting office incase it has been left there for you and you haven't been notified. If you have a tracking number, please also check this too incase there are any updates.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete/wrong, please contact me straight away and this will be sorted out.

Washing fabrics

Tea towels are machine washable at up to 40°c.

Colour

Please note that colours may appear slightly differently in real life to how they look on your screen, as each monitor is different.
