The Royal Digital Shop provides digital designs for personal and small commercial use, subjected to the following conditions. By purchasing a design within this shop, you accept and agree to adhere to these conditions.

You CAN create: (for PERSONAL USE/ NON-PROFIT and SMALL COMMERCIAL USE)

• Greeting cards
• Invitations
• Stationary
• Scrapbooking material
• Wrapping paper
• Party supplies
• Blog/Website backgrounds
• Web Icons
SMALL COMMERCIAL USE = less than 200 items created using our design

You WILL NEED the EXTENDED LICENSE for:

• Items intended for sale ( maximum 1000 )
• Invitations
• Marketing material
• Templates
• Web Design
• Logo designs *check below
• Fabric
• iPhone cases

***The purchase of this license does not transfer copyrights
!!! A new license needs to be purchased for each set you wish to use.
Example: If you wish to use 1 (one) set then 1 (one) license needs to be purchased. If you wish to use 2 (two) sets then 2 (two) licenses need to be required. If you wish to use 3 (three) sets then 3 (three) licenses need to be purchased and so on.

NOT ALLOWED:
• Sell or share, as is or altered, on any website or elsewhere
• Sell the files as is or altered and / or claim as your own.
• Add to image collections for sale
• Share these graphics
• Resell my original files
• Sell any of my artwork in a commercial Scrapbook kit of any kind even it is altered. This includes but is not limited to clipart packs, paper packs, and image collections.
• You can not transfer this License to anyone else or another product
