DIY Unpainted is available only in wood fiberboard which provides a smooth finish, without woodgrain, ready for paint!

• Multiple sizes to choose from to fit your cake. Be sure to ask your baker what size your top tier is! My preference is a topper that is the same size or 1" smaller than the top tier.
• Picks are approximately 2" long. Have flowers on top of your cake? Request extra long picks for no extra charge!

Toppers should only be carefully cleaned with a damp cloth or paper towel. Do not soak in water. Store laying flat. Unlike paper toppers, these toppers make great keepsakes but should be handled with care as intricate details can be fragile.

All orders are shipped on or before the date you receive at checkout. Please look at your receipt for this "ship by" date. The estimated delivery date is also provided before checkout and on your receipt but is not a guaranteed date. USPS will try to meet this date but it is only an estimate. Refunds are not provided due to shipping delays.

Since production times are so short, cancellations will only be considered within the first hour after the order has been placed because I often start production or materials are ordered to complete your item.

However, if an order was processed multiple times, the repeat order will be refunded and canceled regardless of the timeframe.

Please take the time to review the production and delivery times which are available before completing your purchase. If you've placed an order and are unsure if it will arrive in time, your receipt will have the estimated delivery date provided by USPS. Orders will not be canceled once production has begun since this information is available before checkout is completed.

Occasionally, I make a mistake on an order. Occasionally buyers mess up placing a decal. Often the post office delivers your package damaged. Sometimes things just simply don't work out. We are all human, after all. For any problems with an order, please message me BEFORE leaving feedback within TWO DAYS of receipt. I am happy to fix it if I am notified. If I find out through negative feedback before I am able to respond with a solution, I will consider the sale finalized and that the buyer did not want any help. Therefore, no further action will be taken.

For problems, I do require photo proof to see what's wrong or for insurance purposes. Please include this in your message to me. Damaged items require photos of the packaging as well.

All shipping labels are printed through Etsy with the address you entered at checkout. If an item is returned to me, new postage must be purchased for it to be resent. I will contact you and let you know that I have received your order. No refunds will be given if a customized item is returned to me due to buyer error. Customized items include color, size, or personalization.

If the wrong address is entered at checkout and I am not contacted with the correct address before shipping, I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages. USPS should be contacted to forward your package to you.
