➤ Once your order is placed and payment has finished processing, the shop starts working on your labels right away. You will receive your digital proof, via Etsy’s Conversation platform, same day or the following business day from when you order.
➤ The shop provides ONE ROUND of revisions, at no cost to you. Provide ALL EDITS you'd like in your original response to avoid additional edit charges. Please review your first proof carefully and provide all feedback and edits at one time —➤ If any additional rounds of revisions do occur, a small “Design Change Fee” is charged. To avoid the extra fee,
➤ Upon approval of your digital proof, your labels will be printed and shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS and come with tracking —➤ UPGRADED SHIPPING OPTIONS are available at checkout.
➤ If you approve your proof and later decide you need changes made, a “REPRINT FEE” is charged. If your labels have already shipped out, you will also have to pay for shipping again.
🔸🔸PLEASE NOTE, if you do not approve your proof within 5 days from your ordering date, your labels will be shipped as is. The shop will carefully review the ordering details you provided at checkout before they are shipped. This is to ensure that you get your labels in a timely manner and to keep orders moving through the shop.

ABOUT GARDENIA LABELS:
• Every label is made to order & cut down to size and is printed on a premium weatherproof, adhesive paper. Will function just like a sticker —➤ Peal & Stick.
• Since the labels are waterproof they can be placed in the refrigerator or directly on ice and they will stay in great condition throughout your event! The shop does recommend leaving the bottle at room temperature for 12+ hours before submerging to allow the adhesive to set.
• Label removal and application directions are provided with each order after the items ship out.
