🪵 About Our Handmade Signs

Each sign is hand-painted and crafted from ¾-inch pine. Because every piece of wood is unique, your sign may feature natural knots, grain variations, and small imperfections — these are not defects but part of the rustic charm that makes every item truly one-of-a-kind. Every order is handmade and made to order just for you!

⏱️ Turnaround Time (ToT)

Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days, depending on shop volume. This time frame does not include shipping. If you need a rush order, please message me before purchasing to check availability.

🎁 Gift Wrapping and Packaging

We offer gift wrapping for $3.00. Please include the occasion we are wrapping for in your checkout message, or send me a direct message after ordering.

🚚 Shipping Details

Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, though some smaller signs may ship First Class. Free shipping items are sent using the most economical shipping option available. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs. USPS delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. Once your package leaves my shop, transit time is out of my control. International orders: Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees their country may charge.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, work may already have begun on your handmade item.

If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the item and its packaging within 24 hours of delivery. Once received, I’ll file a USPS claim and create a replacement for you as soon as possible. Refunds are not issued for damaged items, but replacements are guaranteed. If you have any issues, message me directly so I can make it right!

📬 My Order Was Marked as Delivered, But I Didn’t Receive It.

Part 1: Sometimes USPS marks packages “delivered” a day or two early. Check with family, neighbors, or your local carrier — most items arrive within 1–2 days. Part 2: If it’s still missing after two days, take your tracking number to your local Post Office. They can check GPS coordinates of where the package was scanned. If it was delivered to the wrong address, USPS can usually retrieve it. If it was delivered to the correct address but not found, you may file a stolen-package report and an insurance claim (for Priority Mail orders).
