A3 - 30 × 42 cm (11.7 × 16.5 inches)
A2 - 42 × 60 cm (16.5 × 23.4 inches)

To achieve this result, I need a high resolution picture with every detail of the face clearly visible. Sometimes it is possible to work with pictures that are not that detailed, but it depends.
