We have a plus size tax of 25% for sizes over our standard size 48 (110 bust, 91 waist and 116 hips).
We do not have patterns over 48 so we process everything by hand so the costs of managing plus size orders are almost double.

Although I received coat from different material than expected (thin cotton, not wool), Laura was very responsive and quick in communication and made another coat using the correct material. Costs for shipping back incorrect item were also fully compensated. In general, I am very satisfied with my order and my wife is looking forward to wearing this coat made up with custom measurements and such a unique design.
