Who pays for what when you want to return an item?

* If you are in the EU and return the item within 14 days of notification of requiring a refund, ie up to 28 days after receipt of item, then the original cost of postage and item price will be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage * outside the EU the same timescales apply, but refund will be of item cost only . The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. * returns are only accepted within these timescales * please return the item in its original packaging or other suitable for protection through the post * please send the item with tracking information so you can confirm it has arrived * refunds will be given on receipt of the returned item via the payment system originally used

Re saleable condition

Returns of items are only accepted if the items are in their original, unworn, resale-able condition. If items are returned outside of these conditions refunds may be refused

Can I return earrings?

Although earrings are usually classed as personal items in the EU directive and therefore not eligible for refunds, I wish my customers to be happy with their purchase, and will accept refunds on earrings. I will replace the fittings before re sale on any returned earrings

Damaged item? Faulty item?

Please contact me so we can resolve the problem. If the item arrives damaged please contact me within 24 hrs of delivery and if the packaging is damaged please send me photographs of item and packaging so I can follow up with the postal carrier If the item is faulty please contact me as soon as possible so that I can take action to resolve the situation I want my customers to be happy with their purchases

Just to let you know that I am based in the UK , so depending on where you are, responses to convos may be later because of the time differences, and of course shipping may take a little longer

Earring fitting options

I’m happy to interchange earring fittings to ones that would suit you from stud, leverback to screw fittings. Please just ask

Import taxes and fees

The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties and import taxes levied on the items in line with their country’s laws

Photography and sizes

The use of close up photography is standard for jewellery and where I can I add in a coin to one of the photos for scale. Each item has measurements in the description, but if you are unsure please ask me. Unfortunately I don’t have a model for pierced ear earrings

This means that there will be no mention of the value of the item within the package but if the item is to be sent overseas, outside the EU, the value of the item has to go on the customs form by law

Dog whistle puppy dog training, new and unused from 1980 vintage whistle.

The whistle is cast in bronze and silver plated in the UK and has a very decent weight.
It has a welded ring which could be used with a cord or ribbon round the neck, or perhaps added to a key ring. It would make a stunning pendant

A short sharp blow will have the dogs running - hopefully towards you ! The whistle makes a whistle sound, it isn’t silent to human ears.
The whistle aspect is quite basic, the beauty of this piece is in the fabulous styling .

This is new old stock making it vintage. Produced in the 1970s /80s and sold in high end London stores, this is the remaining available stock. Made from 1900s original stamps , rediscovered in France and used again in 1980s, so in reality not a replica but identical to those produced in 1900s using the same stamp

The detail on the dog's 3D head is absolutely fabulous from the fur, to the ears , to the expressive eyes. A real treat for any dog owner

I love this and if my cats would respond to the whistle I'd have one !!
