Returns and Exchanges:

- If you want to return the item, please send us a message on Etsy notifying us of your intention to return the product within 24 hours of receiving it. Once we approve the return, please send us the jewelry within 15 business from delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping cost on returns.

- Returns will be accepted ONLY if the jewelry is unused and received in its original condition. If free shipping was offered on the product, $5 will be deducted from the refund amount.
