We're excited to customise your orders! Be aware, the details you provide will be used for engraving, cutting, or printing on your item. No changes can be made post-submission, so please confirm your spelling and information is correct. Layouts follow listing photos. For instance, if the listing shows 'Harry is 50', it will supersede 'HARRY is FIFTY' in your input.

To assist in our fast turnaround most of our items don't come with a standard proof, though some exceptions are noted in product descriptions. If you'd like a proof for an item that doesn't normally include one, specify this in the 'notes to seller' at checkout. When we do send a proof you have 48 hours to approve a sent proof. This aids in our fast turnaround. If we don't hear from you, we'll proceed with the proof. This waives your right to a remake for any unnoticed errors. When checking proofs, it's crucial to remember that the onus is on you to ensure the accuracy. We unfortunately cannot remake an order if a mistake slips past the proofing phase and the item goes into production.

Post / Shipping Timeframes and Guarantees

We work within a fast turnaround however it always helps to choose the most suitable shipping method for time sensitive orders LOCAL SHIPPING - Express post is highly recommended for time sensitive orders. It is not guaranteed overnight but is still the more reliable option. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Standard post through Australia Post & USPS is est at 10 days. We do not guarantee delivery time frames on behalf of a thirty party, nor do we refund orders that are delayed beyond our control.

Can the colour of acrylic items vary between orders?

Yes, the acrylic colours can vary slightly from batch to batch due to manufacturing processes and suppliers stock. If matching colours is crucial for your project, we recommend ordering all your items in a single purchase to ensure consistency.

Are your acrylic signs matte or gloss finish?

Most of our acrylics feature a matte finish on one side and a gloss finish on the other. When we UV print your order, we prefer to print on the matte side as it offers better adhesion and results in a higher-quality finish.

♥ Sizing

Most of our cake toppers measure 17cm wide (to suit an 8” cake) and have an 8cm spike to insert into your cake.

We can accommodate smaller cakes (to suit a 6'' cake) with a 15cm wide topper, but this needs to be specifically requested in the Notes to Seller section at checkout, otherwise the standard 17cm will be sent.

Some designs will vary from the standard sizes above, if this happens we have listed the dimensions separately on the listing.

♥ Colours

We offer an extensive range of colours as shown in the drop down menu. These include glitters, mirrors and pastels.

Note: Some designs won't allow for all available colours, this is reflected in the colours available in the drop down menu of each design.

UV printed cake toppers don't allow for colour changes.

♥ Turnaround

We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround, and aim to dispatch orders within in 1-5 business days.

To aid in our fast turnaround we do not send proofs of toppers unless specifically requested.

If you require a proof please make note of this in the Notes to Seller section at checkout.

♥ Care Instructions

- Keep away from candles and remove cake topper before serving.

- Use a skewer to make a hole in dense cakes prior to inserting.

- After use, wipe the spike of your cake topper down with a damp cloth and store safely for next time.

- Cake toppers are decorations only and are not toys or edible.

- This pack may contain small parts that are a choking hazard.

- Cake toppers are fragile - so treat them carefully!!
