The book has a hard, foil-pressed cover, with gold corner protectors, making it durable enough to be tossed in a diaper bag regularly. There are 180 template pages, covering the first six months of life (or about until when solids are introduced). Other interior pages include an emergency contact page, a note from our founder, and Jackie's favorite lactation cookie recipe.
