She did superb work on making this item it's just nothing at all like the photo of the item that I bought. She offered to re-make but sending back to Eastern Europe from Texas and waiting again was not worth it. I think communicating over time zones ..her various other convos from other buyers ..and language differences created a misunderstanding problem with this one order. Not anyone's fault but I donated tunic to a shelter so lost my investment and tunic for my closet. She was very nice.

Dear Madam, When you order this tunic, you were willing herself such fastening. I answered correctly to all your inquiries. I did the tunic at your request entitled fast. I would not allow myself otherwise to change the model that you purchased. After all this, I kindly offered to send you a new tunic, as shown in the image. You did not consent. I offered to refund your money, you again disagreed. Now you are writing me at the store this negative review. I'm sorry, but you are acting incorrectly. However the shirt that I sented was very nice. Kind regards! Gaby

These pants are so nice in person, and I ordered a size based on the size chart on the website. Unfortunately, they are so huge on me I will not be able to wear them and not sure if they will be able to be tailored to the right size as they are so huge. It's too bad because they are great quality and cut.
