Please, return items by registered mail or any other way that provides a tracking number. Without it, it is not possible to make refunds or exchanges.

Some items cannot be exchanged or returned due to the nature of the stones used (due to the authenticity of highly precious gems such as diamonds, topaz, etc.) and/or due to the fact that some items require a lot of time to make them and they are considered custom orders (for example, tourmaline rosary where stones are strung one by one, etc.). Please, consult the descriptions of each item before purchasing.

Processing time is the time of the preparation of your order after your payment is confirmed!
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of the confirmation of the purchase although they are usually shipped the next or even the same day of the purchase so that you can get them asap. That is why cancellation time for orders is short.

Standard registered mail: SIGNATURE REQUIRED. If you are not at time of delivery, check your mail box: there will be left a notice so that you pick the letter from the PO or else it will be returned to me.
(Although tracking number available, on-line tracking stops when order leaves Spain)

Express mail:
Tracking number is available. Time of delivery refers to the the estimated time provided by air transport companies.
Phone number (better if it´s a mobile) is required in case the mail has to contact you, if necessary. Without your phone number, l cannot ship your order by express mail. Please, leave it at checkout or by message.

To maintain costs low, invoices are not printed but you can download them immediately after you make the purchase!

First of all, check often your mail box for any notification from the PO.
Secondly, please be patient and wait until the shipping period estimated is over and then message me!

*The next step is to present a formal claim to the PO and wait for the official reply from the Spanish and the American PO. When I have it, I will contact you and depending on the resolution of it, we discuss or not a refund.
So, in case you want a refund, this will not be immediate. The official reply to my claim can take 30-60 days.

*Note, in case there´s been a delivery attempt or you didn´t go to the PO to pick up the letter and in both cases the order is returned to me, there will be NO shipping cost refund. The refund concerns only the cost of the item.

They cannot be returned or exchanged: custom orders, personalized orders, earrings (for hygiene reasons) or any other item that is mentioned in the description of a listing as "cannot be returned".

If you realized that you ve chosen the wrong length, message me as soon as possible! If I haven´t shipped your order, I can change the length after you purchase the right length.

In case I can "rescue" your order from the PO at the last minute, shipping cost is not refunded, because there´s a penalty from the PO for this kind of cancellations.

If you want to return the order once you have received it, shipping costs are not refunded.

Once you receive the order, store the item(s) in well sealed plastic bag(s) for a short period. If you need to store for weeks or month, then wrap each piece in layers of acid-free tissue paper, untreated cotton, or raw silk so that they look just as beautiful as the day you purchased them!

When an order is returned to me as unclaimed/cannot forward address/wrong address/wrong name, etc. from the PO of the country of destination, l message the buyer that her/his order is returned as soon as l receive it. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees in case she/he wants the order reshipped.
