Artworks cannot be personalized

My item is misprinted/damaged/defective, what can I do?

All orders go through a 3-step quality check before being shipped. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through quality control, or was damaged during shipment, I take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense. Please contact me and share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where the issue can be seen. I’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.

I have noticed that I entered a wrong shipping address, what can I do?

In case of incorrect address, I’ll contact you for an updated address when I receive the returned package. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

My package got lost in transit, what can I do?

All order’s shipping methods have tracking, although the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it’s past the estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received the order, the package might be lost in transit. But first please check that you entered the correct shipping address, get in touch with your local post office to see if your order is there, and check in with your neighbors. If the your shipping address was correct and the order still hasn’t arrived, contact me and I will find a resolution for you.

My package couldn't be delivered because I wasn't home, what can I do now?

If the package was unclaimed, it will returned by the shipping carrier. I'll contact you to confirm your address when I receive it back. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

Sturdy printed front cover (350gsm), contains 120 pages (paper stock 90gsm) that can be chosen ruled or graph.
Inside the back cover there's an handy document pocket.

Items are made and shipped directly from my manufacturer. Manufacturing time takes around 2-3 business days.
Ship in business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.

Standard shipping takes 4-10 working days to arrive after being shipped (up to 21 working days worldwide). If you need express shipping please ask before buying.

I ship also to APO, FPO and DPO addresses. However, due to the nature of these services, it may take more than 45 business days to receive your order. If possible, I recommend using a civilian address.

If you’re making a purchase to send as a gift, please be aware that I do not offer special gift wrapping or personal messages. However I don't include any invoices or payment information in the packages, and keep the contents of the package totally concealed until it's opened!
