What if I forget to put the engraving text on my order?

We will try to contact you. If we do not hear back by the time noted in the email. We will refund engraving cost and ship the item out, without engraving.

Where do I put my order info?

Put the heart location for states, engraving info, etc... in the Personalization box or Note to Seller box.

Can you engrave on both sides?

If you order engraving on the order it will be engraving for 1 side only. Is the engraving normally done on the front or the back of the silver pendant?

The engraving is usually done on the front. Unless other wise asked.

What is your return policy?

Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and can be shipped to: LaZerArt, Inc. Are your items hallmarked (Stamped)?

No, We cut our items from large sheets of metal, and it doesn't allow us to add a hallmark to every item. Our silver is 925 Sterling, our gold and rose gold items are 14K gold filled (not plated), and all findings and chains are the same. The National Gold and Silver Marketing Act does NOT require precious metals to be marked with quality, but rest assured that our items are held to the highest standard.

Will My Items Tarnish?

Some care instructions... Take jewelry off when you sleep, shower, and cook. Keep perfumes, lotions, and chemicals off your items. Clean your jewelry with a polishing cloth.
