The saucer was broken on arrival and both cup and saucer were moving around in the box. I think the items could have been packed more securely then they were. I don't wish to take this any further as my Mother sadly passed away and her funeral was on the 24th October and I don't feel up to dealing with a broken saucer. I only mention it in the hope that more care and attention is paid to the packaging of items for future customers. Kind regards, Colleen
