Description was misleading. "Color changing" to me, meant a variety of colors, not change to Black only. Very disappointed since it is meant as a gift.

We are really sorry you don't like the "color changing mug" concept, but in the product description we clearly describe how the mugs turn from black (when cold) to revealed design (when hot)! In addition to the photos of various stages of the transformation, we even have a video (first item in the description) showing the exact process.

It's unclear whether this shop is a corporate shop or a locally owned shop. I ordered this item in early December with over 20 days until Christmas. I never received any update from the seller about a delay and had to inquiry about the status. I was assured it would be shipped before Christmas, yet I just received it today, December 28. But the seller indicated that it was out of their control (possibly because the fulfillment center was not in the US). I'm extremely disappointed in this shop and was left with no gift to provide to a loved one on Christmas.

Got it as a gift for my dad. He says “i’ll be making coffee just to look at it.” Don’t have a picture of it cause I ordered it from thailand to the US but it sounds like it’s working good.
