Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to customize orders. There may be a custom order fee between $5-$10 depending on the amount of extra time needed to complete an order or locating and ordering non stock items and supplies, etc.

Spot cleaning only is recommended for burlap table runners and pillows. May use a fabric protector spray to protect from stains and spots. Table runners may be pressed with moist med-high heat. Press on the back side of the runners with lace to avoid burning or melting the lace.

Recommended table runner length is generally 1-3 feet longer than table diameter or length, which gives a 6"-18" overhang on each end. For example, an 6 foot table would have a table runner measurement of 7-9 feet. They can also be the length of the table with no overhang if desired. Table runners should not be longer than the linen underneath it. For most rectangular tables and smaller round tables (less than 5 ft), a 10" - 12" widths will work depending on size of centerpiece. For larger round tables (5 ft or more), use a 14" - 16" width. I list 12" and 14" widths but am happy to customize.

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. First class or priority shipping used based on weight, size and destination of items. First class shipping generally takes 2-5 days and priority is 1-3 days.

Processing Orders (the time is takes me to personally create your item): *stockings- up to 2 weeks. *banners- 5-10 days; banner sets up to 3 weeks *bows- 2-3 days except for large orders (up to 2 weeks) *wreaths- 3-5 days. Interchangeable welcome or hello wreaths will take up to 3 weeks to complete. *other items generally will take 5-7 days to complete **PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CUSTOMIZATION REQUESTS (except stocking personalization) Shipping: Most items will ship 1st class (2-5 days delivery) or priority (1-3 days). Shipping upgrade to priority shipping is available at checkout. Order Deadline for Christmas delivery: December 1st. Order early this season to minimize delayed arrival of order.

really adorable. great quality and will last many seasons. will get additional flags if I order another garland b/c the flags are small which makes for a short garland, but it was perfect for my purposes.
