Pre-made items will be processed and shipped the very next business day. Exceptions would be for government holidays when the post office is closed and in the case of inclement weather making it unsafe to be outside (mostly hurricanes down here in sunny Florida).

Custom orders may take 2-4 weeks to process. I will communicate the estimated completion time once we start working on the design process. If you need the item by a certain date, please email prior to placing an order so we can discuss the logistics and the ability to complete the item in time for shipping.

This item will be placed in a gift box with a small ribbon and securely packaged for shipping. If you would like to send your purchase to someone as a gift, I can enclose a card that reflects your message to the recipient.

All of my products with silver bails and chains use only 925 sterling silver (not silver plate) that is nickle-free for allergy free wear.

Remember that the glass colors will shift a little in different lighting. This is the beauty of fused glass! Dichroic glass looks very different in transmitted light verses reflected light. Hold a piece of dichroic glass up to a light and you can see it change color right before your eyes! I have done my best to capture accurate colors, but the color of dichroic glass is, by nature, shifting, elusive, and difficult to photograph. There are some glass colors that will change color based on natural light verses florescent light. These items will be marked as shifting colors.

I find that the depth of the glass and the rich and shimmering dichroic glass looks much more amazing in person!

I will do my best to package your item carefully. In the unlikely event that something breaks during shipping, please send me an email as soon as possible with a photo of the item and the packaging. The USPS recommends filing a claim for a damaged or missing item immediately, but you must file no later than 60 days from the date of mailing.

Items may be returned (less shipping costs) within seven days of receipt (the 7 days starts from the date your item arrived according to tracking data supplied by the USPS). Please email me first, so that I may expect your item.

Absolutely! There will be a 48 hour turn around time to process the conversion of a Lever-back or French hook earring set into a stud earring set. I use only 925 Sterling Silver that is nickel-free for my stud earrings.

If your item arrives damaged, please save all of the packing materials and notify me as soon as possible. I will initiate the insurance claim, but I will need your assistance to complete the claim. Once the claim is processed and money received from the insurance, we will work out the proper settlement (whether refund in full or new item).

Once the item leaves my shop, I am not responsible for any shipping delays. Often USPS will be delayed to natural disasters and equipment failures. These issues are beyond my control. If you have a time crunch, please let me know ahead of time and we can discuss your possible options (quicker shipping, USPS vs UPS vs FedEx, guaranteed delivery options from various carriers).
