Lost package or broken item :

I guarantee that all the goods are sent in a best condition, dry inside and undamaged packaging. All my packages are very secure, and sent with tracking numbers, please contact your country post office for any broken item or missing package. Our blankets, rugs, and wall hangings require dry cleaning or vacuuming. We do not recommend machine washing, as it may deform the base of the rugs or the texture of the blankets. Thanks to delicate care, our products will last you for many years.

When the goods will be sent?

All items will be shipped within 2-3 days after we receive your payment. "Made to order" items will be shipped after time which is written on the listing page. Shipping to countries such as Europe will take about 12-18 days, USA 10 -18 days Canada 10-20 days (often delayed at Сustoms) Australia 14-25 days Europe 7-14 days Please keep in mind that post offices are usually slower in holiday time. Be sure you leave enough time for your order to come, especially if you want it for a special occasion. If you are shopping for Christmas, 1st December is the last day for holiday purchases. Post services are usually slower in a holiday season and we can not guarantee that your purchase will arrive on time if you buy it later.

Cancellation and Refund

If the order is canceled more than 6 hours after placement, the refund amount includes a -10% administrative fee. Refunds are made only if, by our agreement, the parcel was returned with the tracking number and the goods were returned in full, with no signs of use (the shipping cost is not refundable).
